REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Deliveries/Pick up: If you cancel your order 7 days prior to your delivery/pick date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 5 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 72 hour notice -  cancellations are ineligible for a refund. 

BYOB Workshop: We need 7 days prior before the workshop date to get full refund will be provided. 0 - 4 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded or will be credited to your account for a future class. No shows are ineligible for a refund or credit. 

Grazing Table Event: Please refer to your contract for our Grazing Table events/Corporate Events

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver within a 20 miles radius from 89122. Our deliver flat rate is $18 - $30 up to 25 miles. Deliveries are made from 9am to 2pm ONLY. The time slot you choose it's not guarantee but we will try our best closer to your time slot. If you would like a delivery time outside of those hours feel free to contact us & we will try our best to accommodate. After we delivered the orders, customer will received an e-mail notification that ordered has been fulfilled.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address.We don't collect any credit card number or any bank account number. Your personal information will be used for specific reasons like for invoice purposes. 

TERMS AND CONDITION

We post our terms and condition such as - Refund/Cancellation policy, Delivery Policy and privacy policy and customers agree to them prior before they process the payment. Under check out process - customers must "read and agree" all our terms and condition before the payment get process. Without "approval-check the box" the orders won't process until customers will acknowledge these terms and condition.

DELIVERY IN LAS VEGAS STRIP OR IN ANY COMMERCIAL BUILDING?

Yes, we do deliver in Las Vegas Strip. We only offer meet up/drop off at the Main Entrance/Valet of the casino. Client needs to meet our delivery staff at the main entrance. Unfortunately, we don't deliver inside the casino or directly to your suite. Unless, It's a contract Catering events. 

Same rules in any commercial Building. Meet our delivery staff at the main entrance.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN OPTIONS OR SPECIFIC DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. WE ALSO ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES

Absolutely! Shey's Kitchen creates custom platters for any plate. Gluten Free and vegetarian options are always available. Be sure to mention any other food allergies or dislikes before placing your order. 

SHOULD I PUT MY BOX/BOARDS IN THE REFRIGERATOR UNTIL I PLAN TO SERVE?

Yes! You should leave your Charcuterie Box or Board in the refrigerator until 30 mins - 1 hour prior to serving. Pulling it out 30 mins - 1 hour ahead allows the cheese and charcuterie to settle down to room temperature which is ideal for consumption.

- REMINDER

Ordering as a gift?

Please ensure that person is home or available during the delivery time frame receive the order. If client request to leave the Charcuterie Board at the front door, Shey's Kitchen wont be responsible for stolen or not being fresh the board.

If you have to leave & cant wait for us? 

Let us know ahead of time, unfortunately  we can't leave the board at the front door due quality assurance. We have to take it back with us and pick up available between 12 - 2pm only. ​​​

Special Notes? 

Yes, we do offer complimentary card. Make sure to put your message under "Notes/Special request"
